About this generator
Questions use whole-number operands. Subtraction never produces a negative answer; division excludes zero divisors and fractional answers. Mixed mode gives each operation an equal chance, then selects an eligible operand pair. Repeated questions are allowed, especially in small ranges. A range that cannot support one of the selected operations produces an explanatory message.
How to use
-
Choose an operation or Mixed operations. Set minimum and maximum operands within 0–100, for example 1–12.
-
Choose 1–50 questions. Both operands stay in your range; answers may be larger. Division is exact and subtraction answers are nonnegative.
-
Click Generate Questions. The worksheet appears below the controls with blank answers.
-
Click Show Answers to reveal the answers, or Hide Answers to return to blanks. Copy Results follows this setting.
-
Click Print Worksheet to print the current questions or answer sheet. Allow the print window if your browser blocks it.
Use your results
Make a short arithmetic worksheet, practice without answers, and reveal them when you are ready. Your choices are generated in the browser without sending your inputs to a server. Changing the controls clears old results so the display always matches your selected settings.
